At Lux Salon & Spa, our internship program is designed to bridge the gap between school and a successful career behind the chair.
This is a hands-on, guided experience where youโll build confidence, refine your technical skills, and learn how to grow a loyal clienteleโall within a supportive, team-focused environment.
Our goal is simple:
ย to help you transition from intern to a successful Level 1 stylist with confidence and clarity
Program Options
We offer two internship tracks based on your availability and learning style:
3-Month Accelerated Program
A fast-paced, immersive experience for those ready to fully commit and grow quickly.
- Intensive, hands-on training

6-Month Program
A more balanced approach that allows you to develop your skills at a steady, manageable pace.
- Structured, progressive learning
- Ideal for those with outside commitments
- Time to build confidence and consistency

What Weโre Looking For
Weโre looking for future stylists who are:
- Licensed in Washington State (cosmetology required)
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Eager to learn and grow

- Open to learning retail and product recommendations

Schedule
